This service is available only to Loyola University students, faculty and staff. Alumni and guests are encouraged to come to the library to use our electronic information services.
To log in, enter your Loyola email account user name and password below. The user name is the first part of your email address. If your email address is stiggy@loyno.edu, your user name is stiggy. Your default password follows a pattern, and the pattern depends on when you started at Loyola.
If you started at Loyola before March 20, 2008, the password pattern will be YYYYMM; that is, the four digit year of your birth followed by the two digit birth month. For example, if you were born in May 1980, your default password would be 198005.
If you started at Loyola after March 20, 2008, the password pattern will be 6 characters long with the first 2 characters being the first 2 characters of your first name and the last 4 characters being the last 4 digits of your Social Security number (SSN). For example, Mary Smith with the SSN xxx-xx-3456 will have the password ma3456.
If you've changed your password, that replaces the password automatically created using the pattern above. If you've changed your password and no longer remember it, please contact Information Technology at 504-865-2255 for assistance.
